Plumes and Blooms is a label that was established in 2007, for the Art of Millinery Creations by Anne Deen.   Anne has been creating hats since the 1970’s, and during these years she has developed techniques and found sources all over the world for raw materials to design her unique pieces.

All Plumes and Blooms Pieces are hand-made, and generally to order, so depending on circumstances, there could be a delay in receiving your order.
